Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the properties
Tenant Relations: Professionally address inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and high service standards
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and track repair requests, coordinating with contractors and maintenance teams
Documentation: Maintain precise records of tenant interactions, work orders, and lease agreements
Logistics: Assist with the move-in/move-out process, including delegating inspections and documenting property conditions
Site Visits: Occasional travel to nearby property sites is required (all within a 15-minute drive)
Requirements:
Bilingualism: fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
2 years of office administrative experience
Service Mindset: Exceptional de-escalation skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
Admin Savvy: Proficient in data entry, filing, and record-keeping with a high level of accuracy
Professionalism: Excellent phone etiquette and a polished communication style
Attitude: A flexible, positive, and "hands-on" approach—willing to learn and jump in where needed
