We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for one of our Cedar Rapids clients. This short‑term contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting multiple stakeholders, and keeping processes running smoothly. Job Responsibility:
Provide front-line administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and email coordination
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Assist with data entry, filing, and record management
Support internal teams with meeting coordination and follow-up
Greet visitors, answer phones, and route inquiries appropriately
Manage office supplies and assist with general office operations
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support workflow during peak periods
Requirements:
1+ year of administrative, office support, or coordination experience
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable in fast-paced or deadline-driven environments
Ability to start quickly and adapt to new processes
