We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage corporate travel arrangements for a fast-paced organization in Reno, Nevada. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel solutions. Job Responsibility:
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any special requests
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing traveler needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with travel policies and prioritize cost-effective solutions without compromising traveler satisfaction
Utilize corporate booking tools and travel management systems to create and modify reservations
Address travel disruptions such as delays or cancellations with creative problem-solving to minimize traveler inconvenience
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to travel arrangements
Collaborate with external travel management companies and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvements, including sustainability initiatives and cost-saving measures
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance travel management strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on travel coordination
Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, including domestic and international bookings
Strong computer skills, including experience with booking tools and travel management systems such as Concur Travel
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to address travel-related challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with calendar management, scheduling, and administrative assistance
Experience handling inbound calls and coordinating logistics
