We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent support to internal teams and external contacts.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
Support vendor coordination and supply ordering
Track deadlines and follow up on action items
