We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting advertising sales, fulfillment processes, and member engagement activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry while showcasing your organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Foster relationships with advertising clients by promoting renewal options and upselling opportunities
  • Coordinate communications with clients across job guides, online job fairs, social media, and digital job boards
  • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings to demonstrate Career Center technology to potential clients
  • Manage deadlines and specifications for advertising purchases across various platforms, including print and digital media
  • Design and layout materials for job fairs and advertising campaigns as required
  • Maintain an organized library of advertising files and update marketing materials such as media kits and sell sheets
  • Update and maintain the Career Center website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Distribute incentives to members participating in Career Center activities
  • Organize and oversee the CV review process for job seekers, ensuring profiles are up-to-date
  • Represent the Career Center at conferences, meetings, and online events, including booth activities and member engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and schedules effectively
  • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and delivering clear, detail-oriented communication
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising concepts, including digital and social media platforms
  • Experience with conference planning and participation in industry events
  • Ability to design and manage advertising layouts across print and digital formats
  • Knowledge of website content management and updates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, members, and stakeholders
