We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join a manufacturing organization in Golden Valley, Minnesota on a Contract assignment lasting 6–8 weeks. This role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to a busy global real estate and construction team managing a large portfolio of facilities. The position is well suited for someone who stays organized, communicates clearly, and can keep multiple requests moving in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal partners and external vendors while helping maintain project visibility, documentation, and follow-through.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate administrative activities that support ongoing real estate and construction projects across a global facilities portfolio
Review and manage shared team communications, directing requests to the right contacts and ensuring timely follow-up on open items
Track vendor invoices and payment-related updates, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to help resolve outstanding issues
Organize, update, and maintain project files and related records within SharePoint and other team collaboration tools
Communicate with vendors and business partners regarding project documentation, status questions, and routine administrative matters
Assist with project reporting, status tracking, scheduling, and documentation across several active initiatives at the same time
Provide flexible day-to-day support that helps the team manage workload effectively during a period of growth and hiring
Help keep meetings, action items, and project details organized so workstreams continue progressing efficiently
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative coordination, project support, or similar office-based role
Background supporting construction, facilities, real estate, or project-related work is preferred
Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and standard Microsoft Office applications
Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external contacts
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment
Strong problem-solving ability with the judgment to identify next steps and seek answers when needed
