We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join a non-profit organization in Cincinnati, Ohio, on a contract basis. This role involves supporting and assisting with event planning. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the activities department, ensuring smooth operations during peak seasons
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to enhance event visibility and participation
Organize and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for efficient scheduling, communication, and data tracking
Deliver exceptional customer service to address inquiries and build strong relationships
Demonstrate adaptability to meet evolving needs and priorities within the department
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Familiarity with social media platforms and their application for event promotion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to plan and execute events from initial concept to completion
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
