Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and track progress across multiple construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers, including document preparation and organization
Assist with updating project-related documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Communicate project updates to the owner and other key stakeholders in a timely manner
Organize and maintain records related to construction projects, ensuring accessibility and compliance
Collaborate with team members to manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines
Handle expense reporting and event coordination to support project activities
Contribute to the overall organization of projects by streamlining processes and ensuring effective communication
Monitor and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution
Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a construction-related environment
Familiarity with construction documents and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing project data
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in event coordination and expense reporting
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
