Our partner, a highly reputable and well-established company in Ville Saint-Laurent, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to serve as a key operational pillar. This role is essential in ensuring fluid communication between departments and supporting the organization’s growth. Job Responsibility:
Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as the central point of contact to facilitate seamless communication between sales, production, and finance departments
Order Management: Oversee the full order cycle, from initial entry to invoicing, ensuring high data accuracy
Logistics Support: Coordinate shipments and track delivery timelines with carriers and suppliers
Service Coordination: Schedule service interventions or client appointments and ensure rigorous follow-up on active files
Internal Support: Assist management and teams with report preparation, complex calendar management, and the optimization of administrative processes
Requirements:
Perfect Bilingualism: Ability to communicate confidently in both French and English (verbal and written). English proficiency is required for communicating with our international clientele outside of Canada
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in an administrative coordination or logistics role
Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel) and ideally experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and a problem-solving mindset
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
