The ideal Administrative Coordinator position is for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment support the Executive Director as well as maintain various administrative responsibilities which requires strong writing skills and high proficiency in MS Office Suite. This Administrative Coordinator role is a contract position located in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
Job Responsibility:
Coordination of calendar
Responsible for booking travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
Screen calls and route them accordingly in a timely fashion
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinate staff coverage for the front desk
Track contracts through the approval process and provide updates
Track and submit timesheets to payroll for all staff
Track inventory and submit supply orders
Responsible for expense reporting
Submit and track maintenance requests
Collaborating with HR on onboarding of student staff
Managing and drafting communications
Prepare and proofread standard documents, forms, memos, and letters
Liaising with vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
Assisting with testing administration/scheduling/excuses/absences
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Preferred experience in higher education
Experience with both MS Office Suite + Google Suite is required
Experience with Banner is highly preferred
Must be self-motivated, active listener, and a high level of positivity
Must be tech savvy
