We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support a busy real estate or property management team with day-to-day operations, client communication, and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping deals, documents, and timelines on track.

Job Responsibility

  • Support transaction coordination from listing to closing
  • Prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and real estate documentation
  • Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow teams
  • Maintain property listings and update databases
  • Coordinate showings, appointments, and calendars
  • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed on time
  • Assist with marketing materials and listing updates as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative or customer support experience
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or escrow preferred
  • Familiarity with transaction timelines and documentation is a plus
  • Real Estate Platforms: MLS, DocuSign, or similar (preferred)
  • CRM Systems: Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Professional communication and client service skills
