We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to support a busy real estate or property management team with day-to-day operations, client communication, and transaction coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping deals, documents, and timelines on track.
Job Responsibility:
Support transaction coordination from listing to closing
Prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and real estate documentation
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow teams
Maintain property listings and update databases
Coordinate showings, appointments, and calendars
Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed on time
Assist with marketing materials and listing updates as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative or customer support experience
Experience in real estate, property management, or escrow preferred
Familiarity with transaction timelines and documentation is a plus
Real Estate Platforms: MLS, DocuSign, or similar (preferred)
CRM Systems: Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar (preferred)
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Professional communication and client service skills
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate, property management, or escrow
Familiarity with transaction timelines and documentation
