We’re working with a growing construction company looking to bring on a Executive Assistant/Office Manager to help keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into project management, operations, or construction leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Support Upper Management and Project Managers across multiple jobs
organize plans and documents
track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
help coordinate communication between the office and field teams
assist with job cost tracking, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative or office experience, ideally in construction or a related industry
highly organized
detail-oriented
comfortable working in a fast-paced, jobsite-driven environment
