A company in the transportation field in Moncton, NB is currently looking for office clerks to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence. Position: Administrative Coordinator - Check-In Check Out Salary: $20 Available Schedule: Start date: Immediately Monday to Friday: 2:00pm to 10:00pm ( 32hrs to 37.5hrs / week) - on-site * Having the flexibility to work any schedule is a strong asset! Location: Moncton, NB Duration: Ongoing contract with strong possibility of permanency!

Job Responsibility

  • The ability to investigate errors on run sheets
  • Fix the errors in TruckMate in a timely manner
  • The ability to use Google Maps to track the shipment routes
  • The ability to use Canada Post Website to locate proper addresses and post codes
  • The ability to use Bringg to track truck movements
  • Resolve appointment-related issues or conflicts effectively and promptly
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointments and scheduling
  • Enter and update appointment details accurately in the company’s scheduling system
  • Track and report on appointment statistics and trends as needed
