Job Responsibility:

  • Order Processing: Responsible for Order entry in our database
  • orders received by telephone, email, fax, electronic data interchange (EDI) and retailer warehouses
  • Create new customer profiles in our database
  • Invoicing for certain distributors in our database
  • Back-up in programming Specials in our ERP system: Ensure monthly specials and correct pricing are applied to clients orders
  • Upselling to our clients ordering by phone/promoting our monthly specials
  • Daily filing as well as year-end filing (putting in boxes for storage)
  • Client Inquiries: Credit request follow ups
  • Track shipments/retrieve proof of deliveries
  • data entry of all logistics coming and going through locations
  • Sales Support: Follow-up on Territory Managers requests for Car Stock
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing Dept. and the Shipping Dept. to ensure TM's mailing of Marketing Material and Car Stock orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Consumer Inquiries: Advise Quality Control of any consumer issues when applicable
  • Guide consumer through the company website / on-line ordering
  • Mail information, coupons and/or samples to consumers
  • Participate in: Special projects / client events / trade shows
  • Responsible for reception area / conference room / kitchen
  • Telephone System: Maintain main reception message system

Requirements:

  • Cegep or equivalent work experience
  • Office skills and capacity to respond and take reception calls
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook) and comfortable working in computer databases
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office setting
  • Good interpersonal skills, organized, Team player
  • Filing (minimal lifting of boxes)
  • Fluent in French and English - written, spoken and comprehension
