Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the client experience by ensuring rigorous follow-up of requests until full resolution
  • Steering the technical coordination of buildings, including the management of purchase orders, preventive inspections, and general maintenance
  • Acting in direct support of the Property Manager for the planning of renovation, development, or construction projects
  • Ensuring the integrity of the internal database and real estate registries to guarantee reliable information at all times
  • Taking charge of the administrative component related to the management cycle: drafting notices, preparing inspection reports, and supporting permit applications
  • Collaborating on legal compliance by reviewing leases, rental offers, and professional service contracts
  • Actively participating in the marketing of vacant spaces through optimized distribution strategies

Requirements

  • Academic background (College Diploma or higher) in business administration, property management, or finance
  • Confirmed experience of 5 to 7 years in an administrative role related to commercial real estate or construction
  • Advanced technical expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Operational mastery of the HOPEM property management software
  • Perfect mastery of French and functional English for communications outside of Quebec
  • Superior organizational skills allowing you to navigate a multi-tasking environment
  • High level of autonomy and intellectual curiosity to master the technical aspects of the field
  • Exemplary rigor in processing contractual and financial documents
  • An ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with various stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset oriented toward solutions and great agility in the face of the unexpected
