We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential office support, including document preparation, mailing tasks, and file management. This is a contract two-month position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and organize documents for mailing, including folding, stuffing envelopes, and bulk mailings
Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners to process and digitize documents
Upload and manage documents on company websites or internal systems
Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure accessibility and accuracy
Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
Ensure timely distribution of mail and communications to relevant recipients
Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before processing
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows
Provide support in handling manifold and other specialized tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support or office clerk roles
Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and photocopiers
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage bulk mailing processes efficiently
Comfortable working with digital platforms to upload and manage documents
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team
Familiarity with manifold tasks or similar administrative processes is a plus
