Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential office support, including document preparation, mailing tasks, and file management. This is a contract two-month position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and organize documents for mailing, including folding, stuffing envelopes, and bulk mailings
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners to process and digitize documents
  • Upload and manage documents on company websites or internal systems
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure accessibility and accuracy
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Ensure timely distribution of mail and communications to relevant recipients
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before processing
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows
  • Provide support in handling manifold and other specialized tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support or office clerk roles
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and photocopiers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage bulk mailing processes efficiently
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms to upload and manage documents
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team
