We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This contract position will involve performing various administrative tasks to support daily operations efficiently. The role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and organize bulk mailings, including folding, stuffing, and addressing envelopes
Scan and upload documents to designated platforms with accuracy
Operate photocopying equipment to produce high-quality copies for internal and external use
Maintain and organize files to ensure easy access and retrieval
Assist with general office tasks to support team members and overall office operations
Ensure all documentation is properly stored and updated in the system
Collaborate with team members to manage administrative workflows effectively
Provide support for special projects as required
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and photocopiers
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with uploading and managing documents on digital platforms
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues
Nice to have:
Experience in handling bulk mailings and administrative workflows is a plus
