We are looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the founder and act as a key liaison with clients and vendors. This position is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to contribute to meaningful client service processes.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with the founder to deliver exceptional client-facing support
Communicate effectively to navigate technology platforms and internal systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring timely and detail-oriented follow-up
Implement and manage established processes to enhance client service delivery
Organize and oversee documentation for both prospective and existing clients
Address client service needs for approximately 75 families, ensuring personalized and efficient support
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or client-facing roles
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policies
Proven ability to conduct employee relations investigations and manage HR administration tasks
Expertise in performance management processes
Familiarity with RedTail Technology or similar client relationship management platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
