This role is integral to overseeing organizational operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in administrative leadership, ensuring smooth execution of HR, finance, and communications strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise HR, finance, administrative, development, and communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Manage internal operations, including human resources administration, financial processes, and general office management
Ensure adherence to administrative and regulatory requirements, including audits, filings, and reporting obligations
Administer insurance policies, permits, and licenses to maintain organizational compliance and mitigate risks
Collaborate with legal counsel to address organizational needs and maintain compliance
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative leadership or similar positions
Expertise in human resources administration, including employee relations and performance management
Proficiency in managing fundraising efforts, donor relations, and event planning
Ability to oversee regulatory compliance, including audits, filings, and licensing
