Job Description

A leading global full-service business law firm is seeking an Administrative & Billing Assistant to join its Paris office, ideally located in the heart of Paris. You will be part of the Paris Administrative team, reporting to the Paris Administrative Director, and providing support to two Partners and their fee-earners.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-end legal billing management, including engagement letters, file opening and conflict checks, invoice issuance, compliance with matter-specific billing rules, coordination with legal teams, follow-up on outstanding invoices, and budget monitoring
  • Management of legal documentation, including closings, court formalities, notarial files, correspondence handling, and drafting and formatting of legal documents
  • Comprehensive administrative support to legal teams, including diary, meeting and travel coordination, bilingual (French/English) call handling, expense management, trainee recruitment administration, and general office support

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a similar role within an international law firm (minimum 2 years)
  • Fluent French and English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

An experience in Real Estate or Finance practice
