The Administrative Associate supports the team by performing routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and operating office equipment. Guided by a team leader, the Administrative Associate helps maintain organized records and provides general administrative assistance across departments.
Job Responsibility:
Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, and operating office machines
Answer phones, routes callers, and take and delivers messages
Insurance policy processing, checking, and distributing in a timely manner
Handling weekly deposits
Sorting and handling incoming mail for all Gulf States offices
Office supply inventory management
Maintains files, records, or reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
