Job Responsibility
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution in accordance with company policies
Customs & Compliance: Verify and process Customs documents
Image documents efficiently, create ACE trips for Southbound drivers, and collaborate with brokers and customs on uncleared Northbound shipments
Data Entry & Auditing: Handle high-accuracy data entry (including freight bill entry)
Audit Bills of Lading (BOLs) and delivery receipts for regulatory compliance
