Job Description

An ideal candidate for our Administrative Associate - Business Development department is an individual who is detail oriented, self-motivated with a high level of administrative experience, possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, is a team player, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the department with organization, calendar and event management
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and agreements
  • Maintain business development leads and client information
  • Assist in study initiation activities to ensure a smooth transition from the business development team to the clinical services team
  • Implement routine follow-ups on all outstanding proposals and amendments
  • Maintain paper and electronic files of contracts, CDAs, and quotes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years demonstrated administrative experience
  • Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with clients
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and works well within a team environment

Nice to have

Experience assisting in Business Development efforts would be advantageous
