Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to key business operations during a peak period.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and data entry
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
Assist in scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
Support special projects, working collaboratively across teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
