Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Assist in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintain and update office supplies inventory to support daily activities
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong proficiency in answering calls and managing inquiries professionally
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
Solid organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
