We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in New York. The person in this role will help keep workflows moving smoothly by managing administrative tasks with accuracy, care, and strong customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized reception area
Respond to incoming calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and provide clear information to callers
Perform data entry and maintain administrative records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support day-to-day office functions such as filing documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing materials for staff use
Coordinate routine clerical tasks to help ensure schedules, paperwork, and internal communications remain up to date
Assist with general administrative support needs across the office to promote efficient daily operations
Requirements:
Experience providing administrative support in an office or front-desk setting
Ability to handle inbound telephone calls professionally and courteously
Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in general office procedures, document handling, and clerical support
Comfortable managing receptionist responsibilities, including visitor interaction and message taking
