We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks. The role involves supporting the office manager, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring smooth office workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct support to the Office Manager by organizing and coordinating various projects
Utilize Excel to perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Perform scanning, filing, and copying tasks to maintain well-organized documentation
Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and assisting visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
