Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases
Provide administrative support across various office tasks, ensuring efficiency and organization
Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties with professionalism
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Ensure compliance with office procedures and policies
Support additional administrative tasks as required by the team
Requirements:
Proven ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications
Experience managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain office workflows
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
Previous experience in receptionist duties is a plus
