We are hiring multiple Administrative Assistants and a Sr. Administrator to support a growing business that provides materials to U.S. government contracts. This team handles data-heavy, detail-oriented administrative work, document processing, and order entry within an ERP system.
Job Responsibility:
Customer service and communication
Reporting and data entry
Supporting contract documentation and tracking
Document scanning and data tracking
Order entry (ERP) and validating order details
Maintaining accuracy across pricing, order numbers, and supporting documents
Supporting growth initiatives within a busy logistics and trucking environment
Call coordination and scheduling
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP — intermediate to advanced)
Strong computer skills

Excellent written and verbal email communication
Fast, accurate typing
High attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality (NDA required)
