We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is a Contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to support property management operations and assist homeowners with various inquiries. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide accurate information related to property management functions
Perform word processing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence with attention to detail as required
Operate a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Scan and organize documents to ensure easy access and secure storage
Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements:
Proficiency in handling switchboard operations with 1-10 phone lines
Experience in document scanning and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Competency in word processing and data entry software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
