We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in West Los Angeles. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical and office support tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updates
Order office supplies and support general office operations
Greet visitors and provide professional front-office support
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
