We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbia, MD. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
2+ years of administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
