Job Responsibility
Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Greet and assist visitors entering the office, providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact
Manage invoices: prepare, process, verify, and track invoices accurately and timely
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, mail distribution, and office supply management
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office/reception area
Support other administrative needs as required to ensure smooth daily office operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office coordinator role preferred
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable processes
Comfortable with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
