Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer requests and assist with order processing
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Scan, file, and manage documents
Support invoicing processes
Assist with light Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable tasks
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide friendly front-desk support
Balance customer-facing tasks with behind-the-scenes admin work
Collaborate with your team to keep everything on track during busy times
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role
Comfortable handling inbound calls, reception tasks, and general front-desk communication
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to assist with basic invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting
