Our client, a real estate services firm in Boston, is seeking a part time Administrative Coordinator to join their company on a temporary basis. Core hours for this role comprise a Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 schedule. Specific responsibilities include managing the reception area, ordering supplies for the office, coordinating meetings and travel for team members across offices, completing expense reports, and assisting in the preparation of meeting materials. This person will also provide general office support, assisting the receptionist. The ideal candidate would possess prior experience in an administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong initiative and attention to detail.
