You will act as a subject matter expert in your functions to support Mortgage Specialists (Customer Service, Taxes, Default, and Retention) while strictly adhering to service level agreements. Job Responsibility:
Document Management: Updating mortgage documentation and mortgage life insurance files
Insurance Administration: Managing and following up on fire insurance
Mail Management: Processing incoming mail, borrower communications, and managing returned mail
Financial Operations: Posting financial transactions and following up on shortfalls for paid-out loans
Reporting & Follow-ups: Managing activity reports and other related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Previous experience in the banking sector is a major asset
