Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate logistics for office relocation
Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and other tasks related to relocation activities
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned duties
Communicate progress updates regularly to keep all stakeholders informed
Perform a variety of general office tasks, including data entry and receptionist duties
Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries, maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor
Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional tasks as needed
Maintain organization and accuracy in all administrative processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles
Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proven reliability and consistency in task execution
