Job Responsibility

Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk assistance while maintaining a detail-focused office presence
Prepare, update, and maintain records, documents, and general administrative files with strong attention to detail
Enter information into office systems accurately and complete routine data processing tasks in a timely manner
Support scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical duties as needed to assist the broader team
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-focused role
Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication
