We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting office facilities, and assisting with catering and event coordination. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate daily catering services, including ordering, delivering, and managing lunch arrangements for the office
Maintain and stock office kitchen supplies to ensure a well-organized and functional space
Manage facility-related tasks, such as submitting and following up on maintenance tickets with the building management
Provide administrative support to sales leaders, including data entry and other clerical tasks
Assist the events manager with planning and executing office events
Respond to inbound calls and handle receptionist duties as needed
Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
Collaborate with team members to support administrative functions and office initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment that values attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience handling facility-related tasks and coordinating with building management
Nice to have:
Familiarity with catering or event coordination is a plus
