We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a busy litigation department in New Jersey. Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day administrative operations for the litigation team by handling a variety of clerical and office support tasks
Digitize and organize documents through scanning and indexing to maintain accurate and accessible records
Prepare, copy, and assemble case-related materials and other office documents for internal and external use
Coordinate outgoing correspondence, including packaging materials and processing mailings in a timely manner
Enter information into office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with front desk and receptionist-related duties, including directing inbound calls and providing general administrative support
Manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting
Requirements
Previous exposure to administrative support, office coordination, or clerical work is preferred
Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records
Comfortable answering inbound calls and supporting general reception or front office activities
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
Working knowledge of common administrative functions such as copying, scanning, filing, and mail processing
Clear communication skills and a dependable, detail-oriented approach to daily responsibilities
