This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, particularly during tax season. Job Responsibility:
Sort and scan documents accurately and efficiently during tax season
Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain daily office functions
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other basic office tools effectively
Operate standard office equipment and handle scanning tasks with proficiency
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Stand for extended periods as needed for specific tasks
Deliver excellent communication skills while handling inbound calls and inquiries
Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professionally managed
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records for organizational purposes
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or detail-oriented office setting is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Comfortable standing for prolonged periods when required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
