We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Manlius, New York. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth preparation and organization of tax return documents. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and organize tax return documents for client distribution and business records
Print, copy, and assemble tax documents in a specified order for processing
Create client binders by stapling and organizing copies of tax returns
Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for both client and business records
Deliver completed folders to partners’ desks for review
Answer incoming calls professionally and assist clients with inquiries
Manage email correspondence with efficiency and accuracy
Perform data entry tasks to ensure records are up-to-date and error-free
Provide high-quality customer service to clients and team members
Support general administrative tasks to enhance office operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on quality and care
Strong skills in email correspondence and managing communication
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ability to deliver excellent customer service in an environment that values attention to detail
Reliable and organized, with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools
