We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English) to support daily office operations. Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Answer phones and respond to emails in both English and Spanish
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Requirements:
