We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rochester, New York. Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain up-to-date records
Organize and manage office files and documentation to ensure easy accessibility
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Coordinate office schedules and appointments, maintaining an organized calendar
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
Support daily administrative operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to uphold a high standard of organization
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong proficiency in data entry and office management software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with answering inbound calls and providing customer service
Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with individuals from various backgrounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to have:
