We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support account managers and help streamline daily administrative operations in Louisville, Kentucky. This contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident working with data, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role includes a mix of administrative coordination, spreadsheet management, and data entry, with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to account managers to help maintain efficient workflow and timely follow-up
Enter and update order information accurately while ensuring records remain organized and current
Build, maintain, and format Excel spreadsheets, including charts and pivot tables, to track and present key information
Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy and completeness
Assist with customer service-related tasks by responding to routine inquiries and helping resolve basic issues
Organize documentation, reports, and internal records to support smooth office operations
Monitor details across multiple assignments and prioritize tasks to help the team address backlog efficiently
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities, including experience creating charts, managing spreadsheets, and using pivot tables
Customer service experience, preferably in a role involving order support or account coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a structured work environment
