Job Description:

Craft Performance Group (CPG) is a subsidiary of ANDRES Construction Services; ANDRES is a 100% employee-owned General Contractor headquartered in DFW, with additional offices in Houston and Austin. CPG is seeking for someone that is eager to grow and support the company's expansion efforts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and process timesheets and payroll for hourly workforce
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process
  • Update and maintain manpower utilization
  • Review and support hiring needs
  • Assist with Requests for Proposals and submittal packages
  • Assist Division Manager with preparation of construction schedules
  • Process monthly project payment applications
  • Maintain and apply for city permits
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards
  • Recognize and communicate to Division Manager regarding any priority problems related to employees, job costing issues, or any other potential areas for concern
  • Maintain strong relationships with additional office personnel and vendors

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Possesses problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and maintains a high standard of professionalism
  • Strong computer-related skills such as Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree a plus but not required
