Requirements:
Attend, record by shorthand, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Take dictation and transcribe all letters, correspondence, etc. from managers
Process all purchase orders and all payments of the company
Issue application, inspection and permits for all connections
Arrange for publication of all legal and classified notices
Make arrangements for the use of a court reporter when necessary
Attend and record all meetings
Prepare all notices of meetings for newspapers, outside vendors, etc
Process payments in tax office as required
Answer all questions regarding billing, explaining the billing system, water consumption, etc
Interact with personnel on payment of invoices, inspections, etc
Maintain files for administrative and functions as well as development applications
Maintain record of escrow accounts for development projects
Assist in administrative budget preparation
Preparation of budget documents including worksheets and ongoing reports
Type or revise lengthy documents such as regulations and manuals
Handle and maintain confidential files and documents related to personnel, litigation, medical records, etc
Manage office functions in the absence of the managers
