Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hyannis, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position where you will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and calendars to ensure efficient time management
  • Utilize basic Excel functions for data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and redirecting inquiries as needed
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems, adhering to established procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
