Job Responsibility:

Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records
Coordinate and support office activities, including scheduling and correspondence
Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Assist with document preparation and filing to support team requirements
Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries
Friendly and attentive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
Organizational skills to manage office supplies and documentation effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
