Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks and interaction with team members and clients, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle inbound calls professionally, providing information and redirecting inquiries as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records
  • Coordinate and support office activities, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Assist with document preparation and filing to support team requirements
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries
  • Friendly and attentive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Organizational skills to manage office supplies and documentation effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
