Job Responsibility:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Answer and direct inbound calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records
Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for reporting and data management
Apply strong algebra and geometry skills to relevant tasks
Ensure high levels of reading comprehension to process and interpret complex information
Adhere to business casual dress code while demonstrating attention to detail
Work collaboratively with team members to support office operations
Follow designated work hours from Monday to Friday with precision
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong skills in algebra and geometry
